Do NOT sign up for a membership here or at any Massage Envy. They do not allow you to cancel your contract. You can freeze it for 6 months, but you sign away any right to legal action during the freeze. This company is a bully and is a predator towards their customers. I am VERY unhappy. I am only giving them one star because I have to in order to post.
Terrible experience, very rude on the phone to me. I decided maybe they would be nicer in person and to stop in. WRONG!! They are even worse in person. Tried to get me to sign a contract and when I said I just wanted one massage. They said " well you are a waste of our time ". NEVER GO HERE!
Been there 3x, none of the masseuses listened to my instructions. Also, they do not massage for the full described timeframe... always 10 minutes less.
Scheduled a massage, but they didn't have any MTs available.
