I just had my two Australian cattle dogs in to have there nails trimmed for the first time at petco in Gibsonia pa. And I have to say Annette and Zack were awsome! They really know there stuff!I was worried about my problem 4 legged child but Annette took her time and calmed him. She is truly an amazing dog groomer.. thank you Annette and Zack you rock.
I was in town for the holidays and had an unfortunate situation when my dog got fleas for the first time. Never having to deal with this I was not sure what to do. I called the local Petco at Northtowne Square for help and I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff and their interactions with me. They are not only knowledgeable but are passionate for their clients' pets. They realized I was a bit desperate to help my dog. Wren had an amazing amount of knowledge on fleas and gave me 3-4 different things that I could do immediately to help my dog and prevent the fleas from spreading in the house. Tiffany was an amazing groomer. She listened to my concerns and requests perfectly. She reassured me about the treatment of fleas and what she would be doing when she worked with my dog. She fully groomed him in an hour and a half and he looked stunning. His skin wasn't as irritated when she was done and he actually was no longer scratching. She made me feel very comfortable leaving them with her, which its generally hard for me to leave him anywhere! So thankful for them! I would take my dog back there any time.
If I could do ZERO stars, I WOULD! Cashier was WAY too busy texting on her cell phone to help us in a timely manner. We were the ONLY people in line for goodness sakes!!!!
We had our 3 year old Newfoundland groomed here. Annette was WONDERFUL! She knew the breed well and was able to take great care of our large and very stubborn dog! She looks so great - we will be back!
