Very nice people with fast pace service ! Excellent !! Thank you so much !!:):)

I honestly am at my wit's end with this operation. Last year they delivered a Christmas gift I had purchased to be mailed to my home to someone else, and I never saw it again. I regularly get mail for people who live on totally different streets. I once had a Special Delivery letter delivered to a totally wrong address, and the person to whom it was delivered incorrectly came to my house, thank God, at 10 p.m. to give me my incorrectly-delivered letter. Today I got an email notification that something I ordered was out for delivery. It didn't come in my mail at the usual time. Then I checked the tracking number and it said that it was going to be delivered by 8 P.M. THEN I got an email saying that it had been delivered into my mailbox at 6:15 P.M. So, I went out to my mailbox. Nothing. Checked on my porch. Nothing. Checked by my garage. Nothing. I live somewhere where mail is not stolen (suburban-rural,) so if it has been, it will be a first. Of course, since it's Saturday, there is now no one at the post office to ask about this. Oh, and tomorrow is Sunday, so ditto on that. Honestly, Gibsonia. HOW HARD IS IT TO DELIVER MAIL TO THE RIGHT PERSON???? Now I get to waste more time trying to track down where my package has gone. I am FED UP!!!!

First, my carrier left me a bill for 11 cents because the sender did not add enough postage. How is this my responsibility? Then, I received a bracelet that I order completely damaged with a note that said - "sometimes these things happen". Finally, the carrier made my 12 year old sign for a certified letter and told her that "she's probably never signed for something like this before but it was okay and that EVERYONE was getting a letter like this." First of all, that was a lie. Second of all, she isn't supposed to open the door for strangers but she thought he was gone and he startled her. And finally, isn't it illegal for anyone under 18 to sign for a certified letter??

Have had good experiences since moving to this area.

It sucks cant even get your checks in the mail they keep going to other people's mail boxs they can't even get a package to you with out losing it
