I dropped off my daughters household goods in Dallas, Tx for delivery to Pittsburgh, Pa....we are still waiting for them to confirm that the company even has the goods! We are in Pittsburgh at Point Park Univ. and we now have no clothes, no dance clothes, no pictures, no memorabilia and potentially thousands of dollars in debt to replace just the dance clothes...this company does not have a clue where our shipment is! No chance of getting anything done until Monday which is the the first day of class! RON OWENS
Just had an extremely horrible experience with this company in particular, a driver named Joe, well, it was actually Bill because he lied about his name to my wife. He was rude, unprofessional and demeaning to my wife. She called very upset and I heard the conversation between the two of them. Let's just say I'm glad I wasn't there because I would have thrown him off of my property, not to mention, my wife was holding our young baby while he was being extremely rude and at times, yelling at my wife. I would have rated this 0 stars if possible but you can't select 0. I would highly recommend avoiding this company and not doing any sort of business with an establishment that treats customers this way.
