I think the reviewer disregarded laundromat etiquette and probably got what she deserved.
I almost went elsewhere after reading the "1 Star" review, but it's close to home so I took the chance.
OMG!!! Best Hidden Secret in Gibsonia!! This is the BEST place to wash ones clothes in the entire Tri-State Area!
Nice place lot's of washers an dryers double an triple loaders restrooms are available lots of parking too!
We have been doing our laundry and have always been very satisfied with the care of cleaning and I stay with my clothes
It is Spic and Span CLEAN!!! The owners are so pleasant and so helpful. Their equipment is modern and they perform well! WAY TO GO!!!
Do not leave your clothes!!!! Twice had people move my stuff and take half of my clothes because I left the laundromat. I left my clothes in the washer, cane back about 5 minutes late and my clothes were moved.... because someone wanted THAT particular washer. Nothing special about the washer, just another washer. Plenty of others to use. Another time I left and came back with half my clothes gone. It's very scary in there sometimes. The washers smell musty.
I'm glad that I did. It's very clean, there are lots of machine options, folding tables and there's an additional room to wait, with chairs and a TV.
