I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day and because I live out of town, I had my father pick it up. The flowers were perfect, but they charged me for delivery and a vase, which I explicitly said I did not want. I only discovered this because I saw a picture of the actual flowers and called to find out why they cost $60 when an identical bouquet for my wife from another florist only cost $30. They charged me for delivery even though it was picked up. They charged me for a vase even though I said I didn't want one. If i didn't call back, I would have never known. They did credit me for the delivery, and I didn't bother asking for a refund on the vase as it would be too much hassle to go back and return it, if they had asked for it.
Terrific service - easy to use website to place order, followed up with a phone call to clarify my special request. I requested as many yellow flowers be used as possible - and this excellent florist came through. Would highly recommend to any friends and family.
